A proud Army veteran, licensed builder, entrepreneur, and real estate developer, Terry brings a rare combination of military discipline, government leadership, business strategy, and real-world construction execution to every venture he leads. Before entering private development, Terry built an extensive career in federal contracting, where he successfully managed and negotiated more than $1.2 billion in U.S. government contracts spanning both military weapons systems procurement and large-scale construction and infrastructure initiatives. Working at the highest levels of government acquisition, Terry led complex contract negotiations, strategic procurement initiatives, mission-critical project execution, and multimillion-dollar stakeholder coordination—developing a level of financial discipline, operational precision, and risk management that now directly benefits every project he touches. But Terry’s vision extends far beyond construction. As founder of AFFLU Homes, he is building a lifestyle-driven development platform centered around exceptional living, strategic real estate, travel, experiences, meaningful partnerships, and creating opportunities that outlive a single generation. Whether developing communities, structuring joint ventures, working alongside private investors, or leading clients through one of the most important investments of their lives, Terry operates from one unwavering belief:

For Michele I. Cobb, the passion for building didn’t begin in a boardroom. It began with hard work, hands-on experience, and a willingness to learn from the ground up. Long before helping lead AFFLU Homes and Cobb Coastal Construction, Michele was bitten by the building bug at an early age—working directly in construction, laying floors, assisting with light construction projects, and gaining firsthand experience through a construction company she previously owned. That early exposure to the trades gave Michele something invaluable: A deep respect for craftsmanship… an appreciation for the process… and a genuine love for creating spaces that people are proud to call home. At the same time, Michele built a successful professional career as a registered nurse—serving others in high-pressure environments where trust, communication, precision, and compassion were non-negotiable. Today, she brings both worlds together. The hands-on grit of a builder. The heart of a caregiver. The vision of an entrepreneur.

As Co-Founder of AFFLU Homes and Cobb Coastal Construction, Michele plays an integral role in shaping client experience, operational excellence, design vision, brand culture, and the relationship-driven foundation both companies are built upon.
