Working at the highest levels of government acquisition, Terry led complex contract negotiations, strategic procurement initiatives, mission-critical project execution, and multimillion-dollar stakeholder coordination\u2014developing a level of financial discipline, operational precision, and risk management that now directly benefits every project he touches. But Terry\u2019s vision extends far beyond construction. At the same time, Michele built a successful professional career as a registered nurse\u2014serving others in high-pressure environments where trust, communication, precision, and compassion were non-negotiable.
